Curriculum Evaluation Reform of “High School Chemistry Microteaching” in Normal University

Abstract Based on the theory of multiple educational evaluation, some tentative reforms have been implemented in the high school chemistry microteaching class, including adding the "self-assessment" part and the "team-evaluation" part, adjusting the weight of "self-assessment", "team-evaluation" and "teacher-evaluation";improving "the microteaching score table(1.0/2.0/3.0)" yearly. Multiple evaluations including multiple targets, multiple criterions, multiple subjects and multiple methods have been built preliminarily.
