Experiment Design and Empirical Analysis for Food Additive Detection

Abstract In view of the present situation of the teaching reform of the instrumental analysis experiment course of quality management engineering, this paper took the ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer combined with Matlab software to predict the concentration of artificial sweetener in the beverage as an example, introduced the Matlab software for experiment data processing, and explored the advantages when Matlab was introduced in experiment teaching. Practice showed that the use of Matlab could reduce the workload and facilitate the teaching of teachers and learning of students, thus providing a new way for teachers to make full use of modern technology to explore teaching reform of instrumental analysis experiment course of the quality management professional.
