Abstract With the rapid development of vocational education, the transformation of higher vocational colleges is imperative. In this paper, the enterprise management mode was applied to the classroom management and analyzed from three aspects about concept change, role transition and system transition. In organic chemistry course, the effects of the enterprise classroom management mode were objectively and scientifically evaluated by using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The results showed that the enterprise classroom management mode can well adapt to the needs of the development of vocational colleges transformation, which has a certain reference value for the teaching reform.
