Progress of Application of Lab-on-a-Molecule Probe in Biochemical Analysis

Abstract The lab-on-a-molecule probe can provide high spatial density of the induction signal in molecular-level, mainly divided into molecular logic gate, molecular multi-mode detection and the probe with both function. The probe has played an important role in the qualitative analysis of multi-analyte and the quantitative analysis in competitive sensitive detection. This paper summarizes the application of the above three types of probes in biochemical analysis (metal cations, inorganic anions, amino acids, proteins, and pathogens).
