The lab-on-a-molecule probe can provide high spatial density of the induction signal in molecular-level, mainly divided into molecular logic gate, molecular multi-mode detection and the probe with both function. The probe has played an important role in the qualitative analysis of multi-analyte and the quantitative analysis in competitive sensitive detection. This paper summarizes the application of the above three types of probes in biochemical analysis (metal cations, inorganic anions, amino acids, proteins, and pathogens).

According to the experimental results, we found the main reasons for experiment failure, and improved experiment device, selected the optimal process conditions:dropping speed of cyclohexanol at 20 s/drops, the coagulation time of 8 min, the concentrated volume solution of 20 mL. The success rate of the improved experiment was over 90% and the product had good quality.

The problems of less hours of experiment and limited availability of labs appeared with the modular teaching reform of chemistry experiment, which leads the students to fail to learn chemistry experiment courses systematically. "Virtual simulation experiment" was designed as a supplement in lab-based chemistry experiments in order to solve these problems, and the reform of chemistry experiments teaching mode based on "online+offline" was studied. The basic knowledge of experiment was learned by self-study on the line and consolidated through experimental training. The module experiment would be trained after watching video. Comprehensive experiment would be applied for laboratory operation after online self-study. Then the whole experiment teaching process was completed. The problems of less hours of experiment and limited availability of labs were solved. The aim of training the student's practical ability, independent thinking ability and innovative thinking ability has been achieved.

Data obtained from two different equipment usually cannot match with each other. Therefore, data processing usually is needed before they can be plotted into one figure. The linear interpolation method is often used to solve this problem. However, it brings big errors and is exhausting and time consuming. In this paper, temperature and MS signal data from TPO-MS experiment was accurately and efficiently correlated by the layer and translation function of Origin software.

In order to investigate the water quality status in the lower reaches of the A and B River. Eight sampling points were selected in downstream of every river during 2014 high flow period (August) and low water season (December). DO, NH4+-N and other four physiological indexes were detected. Meanwhile, the Hg, Pb and other five heavy metal indicators were also detected. In addition, single parameter evaluation method and water quality identification index method were used to analyze the water quality status of two rivers while logarithmic power function universal exponential formula was used to evaluate eutrophic state of two rivers. Results showed that the water qualities of downstream were dominated by the inferior fifth class of two rivers. All kinds of heavy metals were not exceeding standard and the main excessive amounts of pollutant were TN, TP, NH4+-N and so on. The water quality of the A river was better than B river. Water quality in high flow period was superior to that in dry season. What's more, water qualities in lower reaches of two rivers were in a state of rich and high trophic. It is necessary to intensify efforts to curb pollution in agricultural areas of two rivers in order to reduce the risk of eutrophication of the A and B River.
