Abstract This paper made VR3D animation for spatial structure of the diamond crystal structure and ammonia molecules by software VESTA, Jmol and Blender. Through simple interactive web design and VR glasses, students could experience a sense of immersive experience of virtual reality technology and their interests were stimulated, which provided a reference for the teaching of chemical molecular structure.
