Abstract This article discussed the design of micro-lecture based on first principles of instruction. The modular design of activation-demonstration-application-integration process based on first principles of instruction was offered and the teaching evaluation and problems of micro-lecture were presented by using the micro-lecture design of the iodometry assay of vitamin C as an example.
