Abstract According to the theory of practice community and situational learning, a secondary guidance model of chemistry Microteaching in normal universities assisted by postgraduates was constructed, and the corresponding teaching strategies were put forward.The postgraduate serves as the group leader of the microtraining group. Under the guidance of the tutor, the postgraduate is specifically responsible for preparing lessons and teaching training for undergraduates. The results of practical research show that the model has solved the problems of few training hours, insufficient teachers and insufficient resources, and has improved the teaching design ability and classroom teaching skills of undergraduates.
