Abstract In order to enable students to understand the experimental principles and operation process and to learn biochemistry experiment, the simulation experiment animation of liver glutamic pyruvic transaminase (GPT) activity was designed and produced by using Flash software. Based on the sceneries such as experimental principles, operation demonstration and learning test, with vivid molecular structure image, realistic experimental phenomenon and interactive test exercises, deepened students' understanding of molecular structure and chemical reaction process, and helped students master the basic experimental skills and operation, and improved the experimental teaching effect.
