Teaching of Methane Based on Chemistry Core Literacy with HPS Teaching Mode

Abstract Based on chemistry core literacy,this paper analyzed the scientific discovery process of methane by "opening the door to the second natural world" with following the clues of "history" "activity" and "knowledge". It allowed students to experience the process of the formation of scientific concepts, understand the nature of "grass changing gold", and effectively combine teaching model with chemistry core literacy. This kind of teaching design enables students to experience the process and methods of chemistry development, and feel the charm and development achievements of chemistry in order to increase students' interest in learning.
