Teaching Reform of Chemistry Didactics in Normal College Based on “PAD Class”

Abstract PADClass,contain presentation, assimilation and discussion, which combination classroom teaching and the advantages of discussion teaching,can improve students' learning initiative, learning ability and awareness of innovation.Based on the current situation and characteristics of Chemistry Didactics, it is realistic and operable to use "PAD classes". The reform idea is:integrate and optimize teaching contents carefully; reform the evaluation system and pay more attention to process evaluation; build an interactive platform, implement the "shinning points, question you, help me"; improve the teachers' capability of educational information technology. This paper discusses the design of the teaching plan of chemistry didactics with the example of "lesson interpretation", which based on the concept and mode of PAD Class.
