Abstract Taking instrument analysis as an example, this paper discusses the bilingual teaching under the blended teaching mode, including teaching design, resource library construction, new teaching mode construction and teaching practice, classroom teaching evaluation, and teaching team construction. In order to further expand the students' international vision, improve students' ability to use foreign language to acquire the frontier knowledge of instrument analysis and self-learning ability, and improve the effect of classroom teaching and the level of internationalization of the course.
