Quality Requirements of Development and Writing of Research Instrument in Educational Empirical Research

Abstract In view of the lack of clear quality pursuit and quality standards in the empirical research of education in China, this paper draws the quality requirements of achievement test, questionnaire, Likert scale in the quantitative research, clarifies the process and quality requirements of research instrument development, and clarifies the principles and content requirements of research instrument writing in the empirical research papers. Using the constructed quality index, this paper analyzes the case of empirical research paper, and points out its advantages and existing problems.
