Abstract In the application of salt hydrolysis, the water purification effect of aluminum salt and iron salt involves colloid formation and adsorption coagulation. It is a comprehensive and complex chemical problem. For the development of students' chemistry, this paper uses the color recognition software. The semi-quantitative relationship between density (V) value and soil content in turbid liquid of yellow soil, constructs an experimental method based on classroom teaching to quickly determine the water purification effect of industrial water purifying agent, and provides real situation and inquiry case for the specific application of salt hydrolysis in chemistry classroom teaching.
