Abstract The core concept occupies a very important role in chemistry teaching. But its abstract will have an effect on the construction, characterization and application of concept for high school students. Based on the “two-dimensional four-index” measuring model, this paper chooses the Chemistry 1 of high school and Today’s Chemistry Ⅰ Baden-Württemberg of Germany as the research object, carries out an evaluation and comparison on redox reaction so as to provide some constructive suggestions on textbook edition of China.
