Application of AutoDock Software in Teaching of Biochemistry: Semi-Flexible Docking

Abstract The semi-flexible docking was performed for protein receptors and ligands by using AutoDock software, and its application in classroom teaching of biochemistry was discussed. It is helpful for the students’ understanding about the interactions between protein receptors and ligands, and inspire their interests and motivation in learning biochemistry, and for the improvement of teaching quality.
