Abstract In this paper, progress in supercritical fluid chromatography instrument research and development is summarized. The research progresses of five parts that make up supercritical fluid chromatography in recent years are introduced. It highlights the characteristics of supercritical fluid chromatography in terms of temperature control and pressure control, which is different from other liquid chromatography equipments.
