Abstract Based on the theoretical basis of Technology Acceptance Model 3 (TAM3), with the pre-employment chemistry teachers in grade 2017 from the College of Chemistry of South China Normal University as the research object, a model of the willingness to use the handheld technology digital experiment MOOC was constructed. The study uses SmartPLS3.0 software to demonstrate the scientific nature of the model with partial least squares structural equations. The results found that Subjective Norm, Output Quality, and Personal Innovativeness have a significant positive correlation with Perceived Usefulness. Second, Self-Efficacy and Perceived Enjoyment have a significant positive correlation with Perceived Ease of Use. Personal Innovativeness has a significant positive correlation with Perceived Usefulness while the effect of Perceived Ease of Use is not significant. Third, Perceived Ease of use has a significant positive correlation with Perceived Usefulness. The two have a significant direct impact on Behavioral Intention, while Subjective Norm has no significant impact on Behavioral Intention. Based on the above results, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the construction of the handheld technology digital experiment MOOC.
