Abstract At present, with the development of internet and information technology in China, the online teaching has attracted more and more attention. How to integrate traditional classroom teaching and online teaching effectively under the new situation is the key to improve the teaching quality of colleges and universities comprehensively. This work explores and reforms the current teaching mode of analytical chemistry in our school, and establishes online and offline blended learning mode based on SPOC (Small Private Online Course). Furthermore, this work proposes a comprehensive course evaluation system throughout the whole teaching process, and finally gives some helpful suggestions for the problems of the blended learning mode.
