Abstract This paper takes the road of white sugar as project learning topics, presents the project teaching case of “solution” in junior high school chemistry.Based on the process of homemade lollipop, series of learning tasks were developed, which is helpful for students to develop core literacy and build flexible knowledge base in real problem situations.
