Abstract The current constructed online English teaching resources of chemistry experiments are low in matching and relatively scarce. In order to solve these problems, three different types of teaching resources, namely English audio courseware, modularize experimental videos and examination database, are constructed for foreign medical students. The blending use of the resources offline and online preview materials through Rain Class assists the traditional chemistry laboratory teaching so that the transformation from “centralized, fixed time, fix place” traditional mode to “modularized, fragmented, informationized” blended learning mode is realized. The teaching resources and teaching methods are enriched. The teaching order is improved. The enthusiasm and initiative of foreign medical students in chemical knowledge and skill learning are raised. The virtuous cycle between teaching and learning is formed. The international teaching quality in chemistry experiment courses are improved effectively.
