Abstract According to the need of experimental teaching development on material science and relevant disciplines,a over-all process experiment on li-ion battery is designed. The experimental contents include literature review,basic principle study,synthesis parameters design,LiCoO2 preparation andcharacterization,data analysis andoptimization methods exploration. Teaching practice has proved that this experiment is helpful for college students to understand and master the process of li-ion battery preparation and the reach methods of electrode materials of li-ion battery. And it can improve college students' scientific literacy and independent problem-solving ability.
