A number of allotropes of oxygen, which can be divided into solid oxygen and polymeric O4 structures, were sorted out in this paper. At very high pressures, solid oxygen changes from an insulating to a metallic state; at very low temperatures, it even transforms to a superconducting state. Meanwhile, this paper briefly describes the preparation, structure and phase transformation of various allotropes. Among which the phase transformation of solid oxygen involves a lot of research, six kinds of crystallography phases are described with phase transformation as the main line, and the structure and properties of O4 (tetrameric oxygen) are briefly described.

As the important content of physical chemistry, catalysis is of great practical significance. The life of catalyst is one of the main indicators of catalysts, which relates to the economy of an industrial process. Supported metal catalysts are often deactivated due to the aggregation of active metals in high reaction temperatures. Although the methods, e.g. use larger support surface area, increase metal loading and strengthening the bonding of metal with the support, can be used to prolong the catalysts life. Basically, these methods could not prevent the thermodynamics trend of catalysts metal growth and deactivation. Recently, we dispersed the active copper component uniformly into the alumina bulk phase to form spinel structure as sustained release catalyst, thereby effectively improved the stability of the catalyst. This may enrich the catalysis content of physical chemistry.

In order to meet the development needs of applied transformation of local colleges,the practical training course based on detergent production was designed by considering the specialty of chemical engineering. The content of course was rich,extended and highly operability. The content of training course includes formulation design,lab trials,production,product encapsulation,performance testing and safety education,etc. Integration teaching mode of teaching,learning,doing and production was adopted in the course,and the operation effect was remarkable. The course can stimulate students' interest and train their scientific research thinking and practical innovation ability.

In this paper,forward and reverse two-way mining of the “three line spirit”,which is close to the students' real life,is taken as an example to introduce the two-way excavation and practice of local ideological and political elements in the teaching process of inorganic chemistry. The nomenclature of organic compounds issued by Chinese Chemical Society in 2017 has brought new challenges to the teaching of organic chemistry. After introducing the basic knowledge point related to chain hydrocarbons,how to correctly name the chain hydrocarbons is demonstrated via the specific examples. The nomenclature of complex substituents was clarified. Whether the English prefixes of substituents participate in alphabetic sorting was illustrated. We expected that this discussion could provide direct useful reference for the teaching of naming chain hydrocarbons.

As a professional course of polymer materials and engineering in our school,advanced fiber material plays an important role in cultivating polymer material professional and technical talents. In the era when the Internet is highly developed,blended teaching based on Canvas teaching platform is introduced into the teaching process of advanced fiber material. The advantages of conventional face-to-face teaching and online teaching are fully combined,thus stimulating learning interest in professional knowledge and deepening their understanding and memory for relevant learned. Meanwhile,in order to ensure teaching content more vivid,various microlectures for difficult points in each chapter are prepared,in which the more intuitive video and animation are inserted. Then,the microlectures will be uploaded to Canvas teaching platform for students to learn autonomously before class,which improving the ability of autonomous learning and personalized learning for students.

According to the need of experimental teaching development on material science and relevant disciplines,a over-all process experiment on li-ion battery is designed. The experimental contents include literature review,basic principle study,synthesis parameters design,LiCoO2 preparation andcharacterization,data analysis andoptimization methods exploration. Teaching practice has proved that this experiment is helpful for college students to understand and master the process of li-ion battery preparation and the reach methods of electrode materials of li-ion battery. And it can improve college students' scientific literacy and independent problem-solving ability.

In this paper,a comprehensive chemistry experiment,the synthesis method of organic conjugated molecule with excited-state intramolecular proton transfer (ESIPT) and the solvofluorochromism effect was introduced. In this experiment,the students will master the preparation and characterization methods of these types of organic molecules. At the same time,the students will further deepen the understanding of photoluminescence,and grasp the testing and analyzing of fluorescence and photophysical properties. By measuring the fluorescence spectra of ESIPT organic molecules in different solvents,the students can understand the solvofluorochromism effect more intuitively and think about the underlying mechanisms.

Folic acid was found to enhance the chemiluminescence from NaIO4-H2O2 system. The chemiluminescent intensity was linear with the concentration of folic acid, based on which, a chemiluminescent method has been established for folic acid determination. The experimental phenomenon has been designed as a new experiment teaching case of “chemiluminescent analysis”. The experimental conditions of the system have been optimized to explore the experimental conditions suitable for teaching. In the process of teaching, we should guide students to observe the phenomenon of folic acid enhanced-chemiluminescence and investigate the mechanism. Students' ability to use theoretical knowledge would be exercised, and students' scientific research abilities and innovation consciousnesses would be cultivated.

A teaching experiment transformed from scientific research achievements: quantitative analysis of camphor and borneol in wild chrysanthemum using gas chromatography is recommended. It shows an integrated process in application analysis for undergraduates. Firstly, volatile oil of wild chrysanthemum was extracted through solvent extraction and water distillation simultaneously. Then quantitative analysis of camphor and borneol were conducted using capillary gas chromatography with subsequent internal standard curve method. The designed experiment could help students learn the method of sample pretreatment, principle of instrument and quantitative calibration model. In addition, it can arouse students' scientific research interests, inspire creative thinking and cultivate practical ability.

An open instrumental analysis experiment was designed. The contents included preparation of magnetic zeolites, adsorption of phenolic antioxidants, and detection of phenolic antioxidants in beverages coupled with high performance liquid chromatography. This experiment integrated the basic knowledge of inorganic chemistry, analytical chemistry, and instrumental analysis. It benefitted to improve the students' practical ability as well as the ability to analyze and solve problems. In addition, through this open experiment, the utilization rate of instruments was improved, and the function of existing resources in the laboratory was given full play.

Under world first-class disciplines, combining status quo of physical chemistry experiment teaching and laboratory management, informatization management system was constructed including experimental teaching process management and laboratory management with MosoTeach and two-dimensional code technology. Construction idea and practice of informatization management system were introduced in detail. This practice indicated that with informatization management system, the work efficiency of teachers and management quality of laboratory improved. At the same time, students' curiosity and interest was stimulated. It was widely welcomed by teachers and students.

Relying on the teaching of chemistry teaching theory experiment,under the guidance of the concept of inquiry learning,this paper focuses on innovative improvement and design activities from the dimensions of instruments,drugs and test schemes through the theme experiment of pre-service teachers on the basis of solid and comprehensive literature combing,so as to achieve the teaching goal of cultivating innovative ability. Practice has proved that giving full play to the important value of experiment in chemistry teaching and highlighting the teaching mode of teachers' leading and students' main body is not only conductive to improving pre-service teachers' understanding of the connotation of learning and teaching,but also conductive to improving their innovative thinking and ability in the real learning activities.

Based on the needs of curriculum reform,this paper explores a new way of teaching medicinal chemistry,from the aspects of improving students' learning enthusiasm,improving teaching methods and optimizing evaluation and assessment methods. In this article,based on LBL and PBL teaching method,precise teaching strategies are introduced into medicinal chemistry teaching. This article analyzes the advantages of the combination of PBL and LBL teaching methods,and analyzes the application of PBL and LBL teaching methods in medicinal chemistry teaching. Facts have proved that the introduction of precise teaching strategies in medicinal chemistry teaching is helpful to make up for the deficiencies of traditional teaching methods,and is of great significance in improving students' learning enthusiasm and initiative,improving teaching quality,improving teaching effect and cultivating students' comprehensive ability.

This paper mainly introduces the application of MOE software in teaching of molecular docking. The application process of MOE for molecular docking was introduced in detail,and the reliability of docking and the connection between small molecules and proteins were analyzed,so as to provide reference for the further drugs design. This case can be used for theoretical teaching or computer aided drug design experiment teaching,which enhances interests in learning of students and reduces the difficulty of teaching. Furthermore,it also provides a method for innovation and entrepreneurship projects involving molecular docking of college students.

The paper reviewed the development history of the definition of f-block elements and further clarified the correlation between the electronic structure and properties of f-block elements.
