Abstract Relying on the teaching of chemistry teaching theory experiment,under the guidance of the concept of inquiry learning,this paper focuses on innovative improvement and design activities from the dimensions of instruments,drugs and test schemes through the theme experiment of pre-service teachers on the basis of solid and comprehensive literature combing,so as to achieve the teaching goal of cultivating innovative ability. Practice has proved that giving full play to the important value of experiment in chemistry teaching and highlighting the teaching mode of teachers' leading and students' main body is not only conductive to improving pre-service teachers' understanding of the connotation of learning and teaching,but also conductive to improving their innovative thinking and ability in the real learning activities.
