Abstract Graduate teaching assistants play an important role in undergraduate experimental teaching. The teaching team of analytical chemistry experiment course, based on the “student-centered” teaching concept, gradually builds up a set of standardized system for postgraduate assistants, so that the work of assisting teaching and experiment management is more scientific and efficient. It also expounds the positive significance of this work to improve the teaching quality of experimental course and cultivate the comprehensive quality and ability of graduate students. We hope to provide useful reference for the reform and innovation of undergraduate experimental teaching and the cultivation of graduate students.
