Abstract The core literacy oriented proposition framework emphasizes that both situation and knowledge contribute to problem raising and solving. By creating complex task situations and using problem-based learning, we guide students acquire procedural and epistemic knowledge independently in the process of applying content knowledge to solve real problems, cultivate the overall understanding of the discipline, form strict knowledge structure system and thinking logic, develop “evidence reasoning and model cognition, changing concepts and balanced thoughts”.
