Abstract With the principle of mutual transformation of matter, the experiment of reduction of copper oxide by carbon monoxide was designed in only one test tube. Sensors were used to collect data of improved experiment to train rigorous consciousness of evidence for students. From the gas preparation to the treatment of exhaust gases all reflected the concept of green chemistry. The integrated design of experiment, less drug consumption, simple operation, short time, and obvious phenomena, improved the participation of students and elevated the teaching effect remarkably.
