Abstract After studying in the university for a period of time,students’ comprehensive performance will show great differences, whichdirectly affects the knowledge learning and ability improvement of students, and also affects the quality of education in the college. Based on the theory of psychological research, this paper analyzes the objective and subjective factors that affect the study of high-quality students in college using comparison method and questionnaire method, and discusses the path to solve the problem and the “academic assistance” measures. This is not only a simple learning help, but also a whole process and all-round help to students’ growth, which needs to be realized by mobilizing the coordination and cooperation of all faculty and staff. The research and practice can support the undergraduate chemistry teaching and improve the quality of talent training.
