Abstract This paper introduces the practice of introducing literature reading into chemistry competition teaching, and explores the selection, reading methods and examination methods of literature, to help students deepen their understanding of knowledge, cultivate their ability to solve problems, promote students' sustainable development, and finally improve students' comprehensive ability.
