Abstract In this paper, we designed a series of microfluidic chip systems to demonstrate classical experiments such as acid-base neutralization, coordination, redox reaction, because the microfluidic chips pose the advantages of high efficiency, low consumption and microscale analysis. Through the effects of laminar flow, interface reaction and radial diffusion in microscale, the demonstration experiment induced by interface diffusion was established. And the whole process was shown in the way of slow-motion band. It can make the reaction easy to operate, and demonstrate the intersection of multi-disciplinary knowledge. During the teaching process among senior high school students, undergraduates and junior college students with different knowledge background, we can carry out various training plans for target students at different levels under ordinary experimental conditions. The experimental operation is easy for manipulation, the amount of reagent is less (several milliliters), the time is short (a few minutes), and the space is small. It also exhibits green and safety features, so is suitable to be widely carried out in the experimental teaching in colleges and middle schools.
