Abstract The teaching content of colloid is analyzed, and the teaching design is carried out according to the characteristics of knowledge and students’ learning situation. The teaching is guided by experimental inquiry, and the focus is on cultivating students’ ability of macro and micro discrimination and model cognition. Knowledge transfer is carried out through the constructed model, and the problems in life and pharmaceutical production are explained.
