Abstract Based on the reform and innovation of regional teaching and research and teacher training in local junior high school chemistry in recent years, this paper analyzes the main problems and their causes, and puts forward strategies for regional teaching and research and teacher training innovation, such as learning theory guidance, professional technical support, “internet+offline” hybrid, “artificial intelligence+big data” smart, advanced teaching skills rating, and big concept based teaching and research design.
