Abstract From the perspective of multidisciplinary integration, the 7th question of the 37th Chinese Chemistry Olympiad in 2023 (preliminary competition) is extended. Using the electrochemical potential, this paper discusses the production mechanism, influencing factors, determination scheme and calculation method of the membrane potential, and finally puts forward the optimization information of the question.
