Abstract In view of the current situation of little integration with medicine in general chemistry teaching, weak explicit needs, and insufficient learning motivation of students, the chemical principles are associated with medicine through the creation of relevant medical contexts in six aspects during the teaching process, to stimulate the learning interest of medical students, promote their chemical understanding of medical phenomena, appreciate the scientific outlook embedded in chemistry and its transfer of knowledge in the medical field, improve the effectiveness and quality of learning. It is an effective attempt to integrate medicine and science in the context of the construction of new medicine.
