Interdisciplinary Practice of Cultivating Top Chemistry Talents Through the “5C” Teaching Philosophy:Empirical Study Based on a Water Quality Survey Course

Abstract The“5C”teaching philosophy focuses on fostering innovation and practical skills in“top talents”in chemistry major.By integrating Chemistry practice,Cross-discipline,Comprehensive ability cultivation,City development suggestion,and Characteristic guidance,a multidimensional teaching mode has been established to bridge theory and practice.The course,centered on water quality survey,employs diverse methods such as heuristic and inquiry-based teaching,combined with modern technologies such as 3D printing and drones.This approach highlights pathways for cultivating core competencies,including professional skills,critical thinking,creative thinking,and a sense of social responsibility.This study provides an innovative teaching mode and practical reference for cultivating top chemistry talents in the new era.
