Abstract This paper addresses the growing demand for cultivating innovative chemistry talents in the new era by proposing an integrated practice-education system designed to overcome the limitations of conventional models, including fragmented curricula, the research-education disconnect, and unsustainable pedagogical frameworks.Grounded in synergistic approaches, the system emphasizes curriculum optimization to bridge disciplinary boundaries, deep integration of scientific research with teaching practices, establishment of multi-tiered platforms for cross-institutional resource sharing, and proactive cultivation of safety awareness in experimental training.Empirical results demonstrate that this holistic framework facilitates a progressive transition from foundational laboratory competencies to advanced innovative capabilities, offering the “Jilin University Paradigm” as a scalable solution for chemistry education reform. The mode has significantly enhanced students' critical thinking and interdisciplinary problem-solving skills, aligning with national strategic priorities for high-caliber chemistry professionals. Its effectiveness is evidenced by widespread adoption and recognition across domestic and international academic communities.
