Abstract Fluorescence is a cold luminescence caused by electronic transitions, which is widely used in daily life, as well as in fields such as biochemistry and medicine. Using small tomatoes to simulate the cornea and demonstrate the application of fluorescent staining in corneal examination; Using cherry blossom branches and leaves soaked in fluorescein sodium solution, explain the principle of fundus vascular fluorescence angiography; By simulating fluorescent probes with water babies, simulating viruses with yellow tomatoes, and simulating normal cells with red tomatoes, the important role of fluorescence in virus nucleic acid detection was expressed.
