Abstract In the paper,it is pointed out that the key factor of chemistry education is to inductthe students to find the beauty of chemistry,realize ht charmof science and inspire their interests to study,explode their potential to create.The authors expound the exterior beauty and the inner beauty of chemistry,the beautiful life of the chemists and the beautiful personality of chemistry teachers.In the authors opinion,the beauty of the personality of chemistry teachers origins from the education idea" the full development of the students is our essential aim" and the truehearted love to the students and the chemistry education idea,strengthen their quality,sublimelofty personality and to achieve our ultimate aim" teachers enjoy teaching,students enjoy learning".
