In the paper,it is pointed out that the key factor of chemistry education is to inductthe students to find the beauty of chemistry,realize ht charmof science and inspire their interests to study,explode their potential to create.The authors expound the exterior beauty and the inner beauty of chemistry,the beautiful life of the chemists and the beautiful personality of chemistry teachers.In the authors opinion,the beauty of the personality of chemistry teachers origins from the education idea" the full development of the students is our essential aim" and the truehearted love to the students and the chemistry education idea,strengthen their quality,sublimelofty personality and to achieve our ultimate aim" teachers enjoy teaching,students enjoy learning".

The changing of essential factors in role, position and function of teaching procedures under the network environmentmay cause the reforms of curriculumand classroomaswell as the theories andmethods of teaching and learning. This paper aims to set up a newbut practical and special network curriculum, it offers a study platform, teaching management platform, interaction platform for the reform of study strategies.Also it takes a study on the curriculum theory and teaching techniques that the teacher should master in the network curriculum as to the efficient practice.
