Abstract Structural chemistry is one of the compulsory courses of students who major in chemistry. Abstract contents make students feel it difficult to understand, which put forward higher requirements for teachers of structural chemistry. Some issues about teaching attitude, preparation of lessons, teaching methods, summarization after lessons were discussed with young teachers.
