Abstract Based on the theories of multiple intelligence and learning cognitive structure,the author concludes that learning is special cognitive practice, the cognitive construction of learners includes four procedures which are perception to activation,processing to understanding, connection to consolidation, and application to development.These four procedures relate and interact each other in learning process. This paper aims to state this by the cases of learning chemistry.
