Abstract According to the higher vocational students' weak theoretical foundation and not high learning enthusiasm of classroom knowledge, this article set series of comprehensive experiment such as confirmatory experiments of acid-base titration jump curve (pH-V Curve), comparative experiments of titration end-point and stoichiometric point, comparative experiments of acidity determination of aqueous solution by different methods, etc. With the teaching mode of experiment integrating theory, core contents of acid base titration and potentiometric analysis were combined, new knowledge and prior knowledge were joined by applying comparative teaching methods with different analytical methods in the same system. Students improved their theoretical knowledge based on skillful operation analytical technology and the theory verification by experiments.
