Electronic effect and conjugative effect are the key factors in organic reactions. The aspect of alternating polarity in the conjugative system is very obvious in the reactions such as 1,2-addition and 1,4-addition of conjugative alkadiene or α,β-unsaturated aldehyde and ketone, electrophilie substitution of benzene direvatives. Mastering the characteristics of alternating polarity in the conjugative system can get twice the result with half the effort in studying these reactions mentioned above.

This article introduced a comprehensive design experiment:the synthesis and properties of food additive sodium glycinate carbonate. The students explored literature, designed experimental program, synthesized sodium glycinate carbonate by wet, ultrasonic wave and microwave methods with comparison of the different synthetic methods, learned to use the IR and UV large analysis instruments to characterize the products, discussed the properties of the product, finally summarized the experimental results and made defense, which completed a simple practice of scientific research process.

By using the comprehensive experiment methods of quantum chemistry and experimental chemistry, we studied the redox properties of p-hydroquinone and its derivates, and calculated their redox potentials. The experimental results were consistent with the theoretical ones. Therefore, putting computers and large precise instruments into the teaching of structural chemistry, designing and developing comprehensive experiment, and revealing learning level of structure-property-application, will contribute to enhance students' learning interest on theoretical knowledge, exercise students' ability to find problem and solve problem, and cultivate students' scientific thought and scientific literacy.

This article studied the sensitizing effects of surfactants in the experiment of spectrophotometric determination of trace iron, described the results of different surfactants combined with the analysis of visible absorption spectroscopy, kinetic research, acid and alkali environment adaptability. The research showed that sensitizing effects of the cationics was obvious, mixed use of trimethyl ammonium bromide and fourteen alkyl pyridine bromide had the best sensitizing effects. The absorbance could be increased nearly 84%, the molar absorption coefficient ε was 4.4×104, and the linear relationship was quite good while the concentration range of iron was 0.1~1.5 μg/mL, which conformed the Lambert Beer's law and was suitable to measure trace iron in the water.

This paper analyzed teaching contents and teaching methods of analytical chemistry experiment and put forward some improvement measures. Then, the application of flipped classroom teaching mode in analytical chemistry experiment was introduced with example of “determination of the contents of aluminium hydroxide and magnesium oxide in different brand gastropin tablets” from four stages such as teachers preparing learning resources before class, students' autonomous learning, classroom activities and communication and evaluation after school. The results showed that flipped classroom could greatly stimulate students' learning and exploring enthusiasm.

Using the self-made questionnaire of pre-service chemistry teacher,this paper investigated the development of TPACK of 902 students majoring in chemistry. Results showed that there were significant gender differences in the TPACK of pre-service chemistry teachers, boys higher than girls in TK,PCK,TPK,TCK,TPCK, and girls higher than boys in CK and PK;second,there were significant differences in pre-service chemistry teachers from city and rural in TK and CK, the score of the rural higher than the cities in CK,PK,PCK,TCK,TPK and TPCK;third,there were significant grade differences, with the increase of grade, TPACK presents the wave sustainable development trend.

According to the higher vocational students' weak theoretical foundation and not high learning enthusiasm of classroom knowledge, this article set series of comprehensive experiment such as confirmatory experiments of acid-base titration jump curve (pH-V Curve), comparative experiments of titration end-point and stoichiometric point, comparative experiments of acidity determination of aqueous solution by different methods, etc. With the teaching mode of experiment integrating theory, core contents of acid base titration and potentiometric analysis were combined, new knowledge and prior knowledge were joined by applying comparative teaching methods with different analytical methods in the same system. Students improved their theoretical knowledge based on skillful operation analytical technology and the theory verification by experiments.

This paper discussed the application of Aspen Plus software in distillation separation teaching by the utilization of Aspen Plus chemical process simulation software and combination with the case of distillation separation of DMEMethanolWater ternary system. The selectivity and yield of organic synthesis are usually influenced by many factors including reaction mechanism, temperature, steric effect, side reactions, etc. Due to the lack of data and methods, it is difficult to predict the influential factors for the organic synthesis. The optimization of synthetic route usually can only be experimentally performed, which is very much complicated and timeconsuming. In this paper, a theoretical discussion based on the effect of temperature and solvent on the reaction rate was made by analyzing the reaction mechanism and estimating activation energy of the elementary reactions. It was found that by approximate estimating activation energy from the dissociation energy of chemical bonds and analyzing the change of rate on temperature, useful information could be obtained to guide the optimization of the synthesis route.
