Abstract This paper took chemical knowledge of Phoenix tea as an example of the chemistry curriculum development training. In the training, the pre-service teachers organized and developed the school-based chemistry curriculum resources, carried out instructional design and other activities under certain guidance. They obtained systematic training in literature search, field survey, paper writing, scientific research, teaching design and other aspects which gradually formed their professional quality of the curriculum reform and education innovation and significantly improved their emotion, attitude and values.
