Abstract This paper took the foundation medical course biochemistry for nursing specialty of higher vocational college as a starting point, made the teaching case of Electrophoretic Separation of Serum Protein by Cellulose as an example to introduce the teaching of biochemistry, which based on the "five docking" mastery learning theory, then applied clinical knowledge into teaching reform. This study also analyzed mastery learning of students, and manner adopted by students for study achievement or teaching mode, so as to improve teaching quality and identify education reform method.
