Development of Chemical Affection Scale for Senior High School Students and Analysis of its Reliability and Validity

Abstract This paper developed chemical affection scale for senior high school students through literature and questionnaire survey, the factors were analyzed and named by exploratory factor analysis with SPSS 21.0 software, and the internal structures of scale were tested by confirmatory factor analysis with AMOS 21 software. Internal consistency, Rulon split half reliability and correlation test showed that the scale had high reliability. The correlation coefficient between item and index, structural equation model fitting analysis illustrated that it had high validity. Through large-scale testing, effective and reasonable results showed that the scale could be used as an assessment tool to evaluate the chemical affection of senior high school students.
