Abstract Four kinds of tools of expression can be used to express the molecular stereo-structure in the organic chemistry, such as wedge form, sawhorse perspective form, Newman projection and Fischer projection. The interchange between them is the basis of the whole molecular stereostructure. However, it is difficult for the beginners to understand and master these methods for the spacial imagination, which is one of the difficulties in organic chemistry teaching. This article showed the operative skills between the any two of the four stereoscopic representations, which could be good to figure out knowledge and solve practical problems.
