Abstract With the application of mobile public platform, the experiment teaching centre for chemistry in Capital Normal University developed a new teaching mode, aiming at the following achievements:(1) to develop a curriculum with dual structure of both traditional teaching and self-regulated learning, which help students with basic knowledge and skills as well as good autonomy before, within and after the experiments; (2) to conduct a stereoscopic teaching mode in which students are able to learn and communicate both in and out of the laboratories, either online or offline, without time and space constraints; (3) to apply several methods for the collection and analysis of the education data from different levels, which can be helpful for further education reform in experiment teaching.
