Abstract This paper discussed a student-centered interactive teaching mode of organic chemistry course, which included three areas, the student-led teaching for selected topics, the student-teaching evaluation system, and the online student-collaboration group. The implementations and advantages of these approaches were discussed in detail. The results showed that the interactive teaching approach not only inspired the student learning interests and improve their test scores, but also improved their comprehensive ability.
