Abstract Taking "ionization and ion reaction" for example, this paper put forward the teaching design ideas such as developing the literacy of students' macro identification and micro analysis ability, highlighting the effective integration of situation, knowledge and literacy, reflecting the consistency of teaching, learning and evaluation, and also provided some practical operation cases.
